We are creating an online video for a non-profit organisation and looking for a Production Designer to work on set for 2 days.
We will be creating a model village with scale models of people for a public information video. This should be a really fun and imaginative production and one you can let your imagination run wild with! You will be required to come in and design the model village and build the set before the shoot. We have a £1000 flat fee and the chosen artist would need to work leading up to the shoot dates and on set between the 4th – 6th June(dates to be arranged with the director).

ROXANNE is a short drama exploring the bond that develops between a trans-gendered sex worker in London and an abandoned 12 year old girl.
Roxanne is a funded short film shooting in London 25-29 July 2014. The film is also currently crowd funding an extra £10K to allow the production to shoot on 35mm film.
A London based Second Assistant Director is required and will be paid £70 per day, inclusive of travel, for the five days of production. Pre production is not paid. It goes without saying food and refreshments will be provided on set.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of daily call sheets, movements orders and any other necessary documents that support the production and need to be distributed among crew and cast. These documents will need to be completed one week prior to production. These documents may be subject to change during the production. During the pre production the successful candidate will be required to participate in location recces and potentially complete risk assessments in my absence.
During production you will be my right hand and support the back end of the set (ensure cast and crew arrive on time, ensure cast are dressed and ready for stand by). The usual drill. You will also distribute designated tasks to runners and manage them effectively. Courtesy and good manners are a mandatory efficacy of this role.
It is essential you have a good working knowledge of Celtx production management software as this is the tool being used to breakdown and manage the schedule.
Access to Skype is essential for interview. I am seeking a bright, committed, hard working person and these qualities will be more influential than an extensive CV. Demonstrate you understand the role, have some experience of it, are able to perform to a high standard and have a genuine interest in working in production and you stand a good chance of being selected.
